I've perked up a tiny bit this past week - a bit clearer of brain and thinking, a bit less 'nope, can't' in the face of difficult tasks like making a cup of coffee or going upstairs to the toilet. I've started having fanficcy voices in my head again, and I'm sleeping better, which are usually signs that normal (for a given value of "normal") mental function is resuming. Fingers crossed, and thanks again to everyone for the well wishes.

Hello, I’m new to your blog - I am a few chapters away from finishing A Bed of Thorns and had to know more about what was going on after seeing the update notes and everything, and I found a comment on AO3 mentioning your blog and I had to come looking for it. I’m glad to hear you’re feeling better and that things are starting to take a turn for the better. I just wanted to jump on here and thank you not only for your writing but also for being so determined, courageous, and strong-willed. I originally meant to give you these compliments in regards to the perseverance required to write fics of such length and quality (I could rave about A Bed of Thorns for ages but I’ll leave that to AO3), but now after reading your blog posts I realize those same compliments apply to you in all aspects of your life. Thank you and know you have people rooting for you!
